Quality Manager at Blood Collection Centers - PQB003

The aim of the course is to create the role of Quality Manager in a Center outside the transfusion service which collects blood components. During the qualification process, the tools will be provided to be able to develop and improve a quality system of a Collection Unit. In addition, specific topics will be explored including the control of blood component collection processes, validation and validation methods, personnel qualification, risk management and the reference legislation. At the end of the course, CME credits will be issued for healthcare personnel. Furthermore, the course will be qualified by the ACS Italia certification body. At the end of the qualification process, after passing the exam, the participant, if he wishes, will be able to register in the international register of QUALITY MANAGERS OF COLLECTION CENTERS.
