Objectives and description of the course

All PMA Centers must have a system for managing errors, accidents, adverse events and product deviations.

 

recipients

Quality Manager, Doctors, biologists, embryololgies, nurses, technicians working in fertilization centers.

Administrative staff can also access the course, but will not receive ECM credits

 

Program

a) develop the process for the management of non-conformities

b) define the different types of non-compliance

c) develop documents for the management of non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions

d) simulate the management of non-conformities

 

During the course participants will be provided with operational tools for the development of the non-compliance management procedure and for the traceability of the same
