Objectives and description of the course

All tissue institutes must have a documentary system, with procedures, forms and manuals.

On this day, learners will be supported to:

a) identify the procedures to be developed and provide concrete examples

b) identify the forms to be developed in the various phases and provide concrete examples

c) provide a checklist that identifies all the activities to be monitored for the quality system

Quality Manager, Doctors, biologists, nurses, technicians who work in fertilization centers.

Administrative staff can also access the course, but will not receive ECM credits
